Job Description The Surgical Technologist provides support to the surgeon and other surgical team members by performing direct and indirect tasks which contribute to quality care for patients undergoing surgical procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Qualifications - Graduated from an accredited Surgical Technology Program
- BLS certified.
- Basic Computer skills
- The incumbent must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands and to seek supervisor assistance as appropriate while following departmental and Medical Center policies and directives.
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum 2 years OR experience, 1 year of cardiac scrub experience required.
