Provide engineering and installation support for various PBX and ancillary equipment.
Provide technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration and/or enhancement of voice and data system.
Provide technical support on proposal, engineering and design and installation of various VoIP and data network systems. Responsibilities include system integration, configuration, testing of data routers and switches. Provide expertise for resolving technical problems, HW & SW Design, troubleshooting Avaya and CISCO telecommunications infrastructure including both VoIP and TDM. Modifies products, programs and systems to customer requirements. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Provides end-user training and also develop various installation and test documentations to include technical proposal documentations. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned, obtain OEM certifications, and participates in special projects as required.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent training and experience.
5-8 years of related engineering experience.
Voice and Data system OEM Certifications
Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining security clearance.
