Write, revise and verify quality standards and test procedures for program design and production evaluation to attain quality of software economically and efficiently.
Review new or modified application, including documentation, diagram and flow chart, to determine if program will perform according to user request and conform to guidelines.
Recommend program improvement or corrections to the development team.
Perform accepted testing methodologies to test applications for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to establishment standards.
Track and maintain all software defects in an appropriate software program.
Requirements:
Required Candidate Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Previous experience as a Software tester.
Experience working with Agile methodology.
In depth knowledge of computer systems in the following areas: Microsoft Office, .Net development standards, SQL scripting language, software deployment processes, application lifecycle management tools, HTML, JavaScript, and testing / testing automation tools.
