Description:
· Underwrite and signoff of 1-4 family residential loans transactions in compliance with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA Investor specific and State and Federal Requirements. · Review processor submissions of complete credit files and make loan decision based on Investor requirements. This includes all credit, income, asset and collateral documentation as well as Purchase & Sales Agreements and disclosures. All loans must be complete and meet specific program and state guidelines including HMDA requirements. Requirements
Requirements:
· Full knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC guidelines required and must also access specific Investor guidelines with each submission to ensure compliance. FHA and VA experience is preferred. Prior 203(k) experience highly desirable. · Must be able to handle full caseload of submissions of both purchases and refinances with finite lock periods. Must be able to review submissions thoroughly, make sound loan decisions and work at an acceptable pace so as to avoid any delays and/or extensions.
