KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and analyze customer segmentation and assess usage/behavior trends to prioritize customer and retention opportunities as well as upsell opportunities during these review processes
ent Relationships–Increase customer activity usage through direct contact with customers, by identifying new and additional contacts and users within customer base. Develop new business opportunities for value-added products and services and high-end solutions by probing at all levels of a customer's organization to gain a full understanding of customer needs and applications. Serve as the Customer Education specialist and coordinate customized training for our major customers on the proper utilization of D&B products, services, Access Systems and specialized applications. Be actively involved in the renewal cycle and support in building an opportunity funnel to support ongoing revenue growth. Jointly own day-to-day customer issues with account team.
3. Post Sale: * Train and advise customers on how to best utilize D&B to realize maximumreturn on investment * Serve as secondary post-sales interface between D&B and client * Create annual solution review plans for each customer, coordinating with RMs and internal team members on aligned upon projects and solutions to ensure customer needs are met and that they are getting maximum value * Team with RMs and Specialist to manage the delivery of projects which address the business and technical needs of all customers within budget & times frames as outlined in the statement of work (SOW) * Identify future upsell/cross sells opportunities
formance -Provide thought and results leadership on best in class post sales practices that drive and maintain high levels of customer retention. Gather marketplace intelligence, analyze competitor behavior in order to assess customer needs to put in place D&B's value added customized retention and customer care solutions.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
· Proven thought leader with strong project management, implementation skills and a thorough understanding of project based offering. · Ability to interact with various levels of team members and leaders while operating in a fast paced and changing environment. · Strong communication and influencing skills as well as planning and organizing skills. · Strong relationship leadership skills. Key interfaces with sales channels, product managers, agencies and customer analytics team. · Bachelor’s degree preffered with a minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales account management experience · 10%-20% travel required
