Job Description Manages the guarantee risk and monitors customer facilities for improved operating costs against the pre-existing baseline condition. Identifies follow up opportunities, utility billing errors and consumption and demand anomalies. Participates in performance contracting meetings and identifies timelines, potential risks and pre- and post contract measures guaranteed in assigned customers and contracts. Maintains excellent customer relationships and customer satisfaction on assigned accounts. Generates and delivers Performance Assurance reports for performance contracting projects to customers and addresses customer concerns regarding the report. Maintains excellent customer relationships and customer satisfaction on assigned accounts. Assists energy engineers during preliminary energy assessment to gather baseline data and utility information. Develops and delivers optimal Measurement & Verification plan and associated costs. Identifies potential follow-up energy conservation measures and provides data to sales personnel. Attends performance contracting kick-off meetings to identify timelines, potential risks, and needed preand post measures. Coordinates and commissions installation of Utility Load Profiling equipment. Establishes report procedures with Utility Information Services and identifies key variables pertaining to the guarantee. Tracks and reviews energy technical support program (TSP) estimates and actual costs to meet contractual obligations. Maintains or ensures the maintenance of all required branch documentation of performance assurance records on guaranteed projects. Assists specialist to gather essential information and submit required documentation to obtain optimal utility rebates for customers and addresses filing and process obstacles. Tracks reporting schedules for assigned accounts and reports results to customers and management as needed. Follows energy International Performance Measurement & Verification Protocol (IPM&VP), SBT business standards and Energy Services & Solutions Quality Management System processes and procedures. Trains, coaches and mentors Performance Assurance Specialists and others on various software applications, logging equipment and performance contracting processes and procedures. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology or other technical field required. Certified Energy Manager or Professional Engineer certifications energy industry experience preferred. 5-7 years building industry related experience with good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office. Deep knowledge of International Performance Measurement & Verification Protocol standards (IPMVP), SBT and general energy industry practices and procedures.
