Provide senior management with reporting and analysis needed to support financial decisions-making. Delivers support during the planning process, as well as with monthly forecasting functions and analysis of actual results vs. plan or vs. prior period. Key Accountabilities:
Prepare annual expense budgets for our company's Global and International OOH, MWB, and Sales Meetings/Trade Shows cost centers. Includes template creation, cost center manager meetings, budget submission and revision, and data entry into multiple systems.
Prepare monthly expense forecasts in all areas of accountability. Includes cost center manager meetings, forecast revision, and submission into forecast files and financial reporting systems.
Prepare and assist in processing of all international credits for both subsidiaries and distributors.
Responsible for all activities related to monthly close, including journal entries for accruals and reclasses, reconciliation of general ledger accounts, and analysis of possible forecast variances.
Position is the financial liason for Director of Marketing and acts as financial controller of Marketing Working Budget, in excess of $10M in annual expenditures.
Collaborate with managers of sales, product marketing, credit and accounting teams in order to ensure accuracy of data. Use this information to continually improve processes and enhance reporting.
Provide assistance with capital expenditure creation process, including cost center creation, project codes and asset number requests.
Assist with monthly compilation of managerial data required for Global Management Reporting Package.
Provide assistance with systems updates and changes, as well as training of other systems users. Also prepare ad-hoc reporting and process documentation as necessary.

Minimum Required:
3 - 5 years experience in Finance or related field
