Sales Engineer - support new green initiative in growing company
This position allows you to demonstrate your technical savvy while providing support to a sales team with an expanding customer base in a unique industry. Your role will be to visit sites, meet customers, and help solve technical issues for the sale of natural gas fueling stations around the country, providing the technical acumen to help clients understand what differentiates Clean Energy from our competitors while others drive the sale. You'll be working in a company that is enjoying strong growth, even in the current economy, and that is leading towards a future of reduced dependence on foreign oil in an expanding market for alternative fuels. In addition you'll join a down-to-earth Engineering group, work in a great atmosphere and contribute to environmentally responsible projects.
To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:
-Experience selling or providing technical/engineering sales support with industrial air compressors, industrial gases, or generators. -Familiarity with aspects of mechanical, civil, and electrical engineering. -Fluency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and Acrobat. -The ability to read blueprints; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus. -Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with customers at all levels from smaller "mom-and-pop" customers up to CEOs of larger companies.
