Media Buyer, Regional Promotions SCVNGR is revolutionizing the way businesses generate awareness and enhance their customer relationships. The regional promotions team helps to build the SCVNGR brand by providing an epic turn-key marketing service for clients: public treasure hunts for amazing prizes (cars,diamondsandhouses). This position manages marketing responsibilities related to these events. Responsibilities: * Drive radio and television spends across major and remote US markets * Negotiates best price and media placement for clients, resolves potential discrepancies with stations and arranges partnerships when necessary * Responsible for creating and overseeing media specific documents including RFPs, media plans and schedules. * Analyze proposals including GRPs, Impressions, Reach & Frequency * Script creative demands for TV & radio campaigns * Coordinate quotes and proposals to meet time sensitive deadlines Background: * 3-5 years of media buying experience across major US markets * Strong command of media research resources and capabilities * Experience evaluating proposals and campaign performance * Effective time management in fast-paced entrepreneurial environment * Strong communications skills to develop relationships with media representatives * Expertise in analysis and negotiation.
