Position Overview The Marketing Program Manager will play an integral role in the overall program management of Wealth Advisor Solutions (WAS). WAS is a cross-company referral program that matches PWI investors with IWS registered investment advisor (RIA) firms and is an important component of Fidelity's high net worth strategy. The WAS Manager will have the opportunity to interact with RIA firms and PWI branches, manage multiple operational responsibilities and special projects as needed, and operate as a key member of a fluid, self-directed team.
Responsibilities Rep / Advisor Communications and Events Develop internal communications for PWI reps and IWS RMs; develop external communications for WAS firms, including quarterly newsletter / conference call; maintain WAS information on the Connection; manage inventory of all WAS communications through eReview; prepare for WAS networking forum events by managing invite lists, preparing materials, confirming participants with IWS RMs, coordinating with Events group, attending events.
G# Set Up/ Insurance Tracking Manage operational G# administration for firms participating in WAS, interfacing with Client Service teams. Manage the insurance tracking process which includes requesting information from firms, reviewing documentation, and updating information on the WAS website. This will entail serving as the interface between the firms' IWS Relationship Managers or the firm and Legal/Risk/Compliance. Streamline administrative processes and reduce risk.
Reporting Support Prepare weekly reports for PWI to track branch progress and monthly reports for IWS management. Additionally, this role interacts with C3 to resolve compensation issues as needed and works with data analytics team to improve WAS reporting.
WAS Operations Process Manage WAS operations process: maintain a log of all WAS requests / issues; set agenda and run weekly WAS OPS meeting; check and resolve WAS mailbox items on a daily basis.
Branch Visits Create annual schedule of WAS branch visits and coordinate topics; Handle change requests from branches, RMs, and through the WAS website; Monitor feedback from branch visits and provide to RMs Education and Experience * 3-5 years of experience Skills/Knowledge * Strong organizational skills * Solid analytical skills * High attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and jump in where needed * Strong communication and writing skills * Knowledge of Fidelity and Retail business a plus * Operations and/or client service experience a plus
