Marketing assistant opportunity available!

Position is temporary to hire with full time hours. General purpose of marketing assistant is to support over all marketing plan of the company.

Duties include:

Coordinate with departments to maintain customer database and ensure info is up to date.
Maintain presentations, marketing materials. Set up and manage website and social media outlet posts; Twitter, Facebook, Company outlets.
Coordinate production and distribution of electronic and paper mailings. Promotional flyers and company newsletter distribution monthly.
Manage customer events - tradeshows, open houses, tours etc.
Assist teams in market research by qualifying leads and new opportunities.

Requirements:

Requirements for this position include:

Strong organizational skills and time management skills
Project management skills
Professional attitude and work ethic
Ability to work individually and in a group setting effectively
Understand new marketing principles and technologies - social media
3-4 years experience marketing related
