Position Information:
The Manager Admin will provide high level administrative support for the FedEx Services



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Works effectively with MS Office products
* Keep information confidential
* Coordinates and schedules meetings and travel arrangements
* Handles phone calls and escalates when appropriate
* Tracks financial information
* Submits purchase orders
* Tracks vendor costs and department expenses
* Reviews email and status reports for items requiring follow-up
* Provides secondary support for Director admin as needed.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge
* Knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
* Detailed knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Internet and Intranet is essential
* Good telephone etiquette
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Good personal computer knowledge and skills
* Excellent attention to details
* Must be a self-starter
* Work with and manage large amounts of data
* Able to multi-task
Qualifications:

High school diploma. Typically four (4) years related business experience including two (2) years as a secretary. Typing proficiency. PC experience and solid proficiency in the use Microsoft Office Software. CPS or one (1) year of related college courses preferred. Ability to prioritize tasks. Strong human relations skills. Excellent analytical abilities.
