* Operation of Return /ReceivingCenterand Chemical Production @1455 Concord StreetFramingham ·Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee must frequently sit, walk, and stand. The employee must frequently carry, lift, pull or push 50 pounds or more.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, Fork lifts and bulk material handling equipment
Other Responsibilities: Compliance; and general warehouse/housekeeping duties are as follows.
·Production order material issues/receipts ·Loads and unloads LTL trucks ·Picks, Packs and Shipsfinished goods to ourFrederick,MDsite ·Receives daily inbound shipments of raw materials and MRO receipts ·Stages and completes pick lists for jobs in production and issues material on SAP Production orders ·Moves and issues material to jobs and stock locations, and enters necessary transactions using the SAP ·Maintains and organizes component racks in a neat, orderly, and safe condition ·Labels components and service parts ·Completes necessary daily cycle counts per cycle count coordinator ·House keeping warehouse and shipping areas neat and orderly, (known as 5S) ·Empties scrap to Metech on a monthly basis. (Instrument Scrap) ·Indicates suggested changes on shop work orders, i.e. incorrect times, errors on BOM's, routings, prints, other discrepancies to review with supervisor ·Assist in theBedfordstockroom when necessary ·Assist Traffic Department in loading and unloading trucks ·Performs other related duties as required
