Reporting to the Accounting Manager in this healthcare / hospital group, the Supervisor's responsibilities include monthly financials and graph packages, monthly closing and maintenance of the GL, including all system checks and balances to ensure accuracy of the data. Other responsibilities include: capital budget tracking system, oversee FAS system, report writing, key audited financials and footnote preparation, supervision of Staff Accountants.A successful candidate will have ALL of the following:* Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required* Minimum 2 - 5 years of cost accounting management or financial reporting required* At least several years of supervisory experience* Strong customer service or client service orientation and ability to easily interact with department heads and high level executives in the organization
