Account Manager-Sales/Recruiting/ Engineering

Responsibilities:
-> Consistently meet or exceed production goals in terms of starts, new GM$, contractor retention and direct hire revenue. This is achieved through: New Account Development, Existing Account Growth, Industry Association involvement and Execution of Sales Strategy

Requirements:
-> 1+ years business-to-business sales experience
-> 1+ years experience in the staffing industry, with Engineering or IT experience preferred
-> Documented, successful attainment of previously established goals
-> An ability to work in a very fast paced, dynamic environment
-> Ability to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results
