We currently have the following opportunity available: Manager of Vendor Merchandise, EDI Development
Manage the Merchant Boarding/EDI enrollment and Standard Implementation Team that is responsible for monitoring connections with external and internal trading partners to resolve errors and ensure data integrity Manage the weekly inbound and outbound data flow from internal and external sources Act as a liaison between end users and the IT/Logistics/Merchandising staff Resolve and manage all escalated merchant issues. Develop appropriate action plans as needed. Monitor all daily inbound and outbound document error logs and service provider analytic reports Identify error sources from vendor consolidators, freight forwarders, custom brokers, trucking companies, internal data sources, GT Nexus and Web Forms Train and develop associates Collaborate in the development of strategies and initiatives the support company goals and objectives. Establish new trading partner relationships Participate in special projects or tasks as requested
Requirements:
Prior experience with varying transaction sets including, 850, 856, 212 and 214
Ability to read and interpret EDI mapping specifications
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years experience
2+ years of experience managing teams
Retail Experience a plus
