We currently have the following opportunity available: Advertising Specialist
Under supervision of the Advertising Supervisor, executes advertising programs. Act as the day to day contact for merchants and planning managers. Work with media and creative to execute advertising projects Project manages, from concept to completion, advertising programs which include direct mail, newspaper ads, online banners and email-marketing initiatives. This involves: -Working with supervisor on the development of project strategies -Providing media and creative direction to the internal media and creative departments -Working closely with Planning and Merchandising for specific product information -Partnering with Store Operations and In-store group to ensure proper direction is given to stores and all external and internal creative is consistent -Preparation and on site photo shoot management Responsible for maintaining and reporting the budgets on all the aforementioned programs as well as updating charts that communicate project information and changes to other internal teams. -Administering the approval of the media plan and final creative
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent experience 2-3 years of ad agency or client side Advertising/Marketing experience Strong communication skills and organizational skills Must be able to multi-task Fashion and retail awareness, supervisory experience
